	Gearbox and differential overhauls & upgrades for LSD units
	Suspension rebuilds and upgrades as requested
	Full electrics overhaul with upgrades like electronic ignition systems, immobiliser switches (discreetly located & vital for those long winter lay ups!), electric fuel pump conversions etc.etc)
	Interior trimming is contracted out to an excellent local trimmer with very impressive results

Specialities

Upgrade your 101 Giulia Spider to as near original Veloce Specification as possible. Of course this does not simply mean bolting on the twin carburettors! Apart from the carbs - which have the same set up as the original Veloce - the upgrade consists of fitting special engine mounts which cant the engine sufficiently to allow the twin carbs AND the all important air filters adequate clearance, the gearbox mounting is also modified to match the engine cant, a reproduction Veloce exhaust system is fitted, the camshafts are upgraded, the original type electric fuel pump is fitted in the original Veloce location, an aluminium sump for improved cooling is used and the original type oil filter cartridge/bowl is converted to a spin off type filter.

Future oil and filter changes will become much easier and those minimal but annoying oil leaks from the original oil filter set up will disappear!

No permanent changes are made in this conversion and the original type oil filter cartridge/bowl can be reinstalled at any time.

Once the spin off filter set up is in place an oil cooler can be added if required. Fitting of an oil cooler will help sustain higher oil pressure readings especially on long trips in warm weather.

This oil filter conversion is available for all types of Alfa engines which have the oil filter cartridge bowl set up including 1750 engines

Our premises Our premises are wholly owned and subject to continual improvements, recent equipment additions have been the installation of 2 brand new drive-on four post ramps. These ramps are ideal for older cars whose jacking points may be suspect. More modern 2 post ramps are also installed although these are kept for the modern jobs! All types of welding facilities are available in house. Current work includes:
	Part bodywork detail and re-spray on a rare RHD 105 1963 Giulia Sprint - once completed this car will be available for sale on behalf of the client

	Full bodywork detail and re-spray on a RHD 105 Mark III 1600 GT Junior on behalf of a client
	Full build and preparation of a RHD 1974 2000 GTV for entry to next years HSCC Roadsports Series (see pictures in the Restoration page)
	Creation of a GTAm replica using a RHD 1974 2000 GTV shell (see pictures in the Restoration page)
	Full bodywork detail and re-spray of a clients 1950's Aston Martin DB 2/4

All work is quoted for in advance with either a job price or based on the hours taken. Our current labour rate is £28.00 + vat per hour or part.
